Tasha has been studying yoga for over 20 years. She began her Asana practice in Astanga Yoga and quickly advanced to teaching in San Diego, Ca. Her vinyasa style teaching is inspired by P. Jois, BKS lyengar, Shiva Rea and Sivananda. She has studied with renown teachers such as Shiva Rea, Eric Schiffman, Danny Paradise and many others. She also offers massage, trained at the Institute of Pyscho Structural Balancing, San Diego Ca. in 1989.

Yoga-A New Gentle Yoga Class
For beginners or those who just haven't moved for a while! Time to get back into your Body and Breath with this new Improved Six Week Gentle Yoga Series. There will no flow just gentle and easy postures that open up the body and the mind. We will end each class with a restorative relaxation that feeds the soul. Drop ins welcome at $15.00 per class.
